How Long Will It Take to Ship My Order?
All orders from Snatched are processed Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed on weekdays after 12:00 P.M. EST, or on weekends and holidays, will be handled on the next business day.
Shipping times can vary based on product availability or address verification. Our products are dispatched from our network of warehouses in the UK. Delivery typically takes 1-7 business days, depending on your location.
My Package Says Delivered, But It’s Not Here 🙁
We aim for excellence, but occasionally issues with third-party carriers can occur. If your tracking shows “delivered” but your package is nowhere to be found, please reach out to us at info@snatchedbylaura.com to initiate an “Investigation Process.” If your package isn’t located within 72 hours, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost. Note that we do not offer refunds for lost packages to prevent false claims.
Be sure to check your mailbox—sometimes, the carrier might tuck packages in a bit snugly.
I Think I May Have Put the Wrong Address. How Can I Fix This?
Email us at info@snatchedbylaura.com as soon as possible to update your address. We can only make minor adjustments to avoid “Credit Card Fraud.” If a major address change is needed, we might need to cancel your order so you can place a new one only if shipment has not been processed.
Please note that once our “Fulfilment Centre” marks your order as “Fulfilled,” changes may not be possible. In such cases, we’ll need to wait until the package is returned to us.
How Do I Track My Order?
There are two easy ways to track your package:
- If you have an account: Log in to your account here to view your order history. Click on your most recent order to see its status and tracking number if it’s marked as “Fulfilled.”
- Check your email: Look for an email from “Snatched by Laura” with the subject “A shipment from order (Your order number) is on the way.” This email contains your tracking number. If you haven’t received this email, your order might still be in processing.
Your Items May Be Eligible for Replacement If:
- Your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived after 72 business hours.
- Your package arrives damaged.
- You have proof that your package was stolen.
- Your package is lost or stuck in transit for over 72 business hours with no update from the carrier.
How to Initiate a Claim:
We understand how frustrating it can be when things go awry. To start a claim and request a replacement, email us at info@snatchedbylaura.com with the subject line: CLAIM + (Your ORDER #). I will assist you promptly in getting your replacement.
